Chaco Ramen

What impressed me the most about this restaurant is the dining environment, and many details are quite in place. For example, each table will be placed with a pot of very beautiful flowers, and the tableware is also placed with considerable care. As for the dishes themselves, what impressed me most was the curry crab, which tasted very strong and suits my taste. But it won&#39;t taste too heavy, it&#39;s just right.

This store is more famous, consumption is not cheap, the indoor lighting is dim, creating a feeling of dining in the deep blue seafloor. Seafood sashimi and burdock are the proud works here. Their key words are fresh and sweet, but the ferns are not as chewy as expected. The rest of the western food auxiliary dishes are quite satisfactory, mainly the materials are relatively high-end, and it feels very fast and therefore fresh.

Good food in a nice setting though it was very quiet, and compared with our historical experiences pre-covid, the restaurant sadly reflected it had lost its soul. This aside in a post-covid world, Vizio can now be considered a great cafe for breakfast or lunch!

Claires kitchen at le Salon located in 35 Oxford St | Surry Hills, Sydney, New South Wales 2010, Australia, great French restaurant. I had a banquet in this restaurant and was impressed with the dinner the following week and didn&#39;t disappoint me at all. I have been to France many times, it is really good here, all the waiters are French, it feels very authentic. The food is great, the menu is good, the reasonable wine list is not too expensive. In short, the restaurant is good value for money and highly recommended to everyone.

今天吃的是日式烤串儿：Chaco Bar (238 Crown St, Darlinghurst）位于内城区达令港附近的王冠街，主营的是日式酒，烧烤和拉面，也有sashimi和Gyoza之类做配菜。我们吃了鸡腿肉，羊肩肉，炸鸡皮，牛舌，扇贝和Gyoza，可惜的是两个人身体都有点不适就没有喝酒。店面小，地方拥挤。除了3张(已预定掉的）单桌，就只剩屋中间一个长桌，所以需要陌生的食客拼桌。并且也没有挡板，所以就是手肘碰手肘的坐在一起，对社恐极不友好。聊天/刷手机/还是吃东西都不自在。

Today I ate Japanese-style skewers: Chaco Bar (238 Crown St, Darlinghurst) located on Wangguan Street near Darling Harbour in the inner city. The main courses are Japanese wine, barbecue and ramen, and sashimi and Gyoza. We ate chicken thighs, lamb shoulder meat, fried chicken skin, beef tongue, scallops and Gyoza. Unfortunately, both people were a little unwell and didn&#39;t drink. The store is small and the place is crowded. In addition to the 3 single tables (which have been booked), there is only a long table in the middle of the house, so you need strange diners to put together a table. And there is no baffle, so it is sitting together with elbows, which is extremely unfriendly to social fear. Chatting/swiping your phone/or eating is uncomfortable.

Quite small inside but not over crowded, very friendly staff, huge range of booze, must haves: the pork belly slider and the grilled asparagus

Chaco Bar is possibly my favourite Sydney find so far. It&#39;s a little hidden gem with no bookings - but worth it if you have to wait. I was on my own so skipped the cue to squeeze in beside other diners. Luckily for me they had over ordered so I got to try some of their panko prawns! There are various plum wines on the menu (big plus for me) as well as sake and Japanese beer although I didn&#39;t try those. I had a few different skewers and the grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious and the only down side was that since I was on my own I couldn&#39;t order more to try the other dishes. Ah well, I&#39;ll just have to go back!

A shop specializing in crispy pork Vietnamese rolls, so shocking! It should be the best street food I have eaten recently! 👏 The pork skin is crunchy, the fat oil bursts out, the pork is soft and soft, the bread is tough, the vegetables are sweet and sour, and the whole combination is amazing.
